I saw a murmur in the other place that it was USD$600/person/2 years. Can anyone confirm that?
I’d be interested to know what people have been paying for Tracker generally, on whatever plans they’ve been on.
Also 300/year/person is only 25/month/seat. That's not as much as I thought! For what tracker offers, it's a deal, even.
I think proper tracker, for teams where it's a fit, could easily be calling in twice that.
You’re right, it’s not entirely unreasonable (except for the 2 year minimum commitment) but I’d want to have some confidence the product was being invested in and maintained well.
Of course now their pricing is "you cannot buy it" so this is somewhat moot.
I tried contacted PT when they started dropping the dreaded "Enterprise" word and never heard back. After I bugged them a few times, they finally just told me it wasn't even going to happen and that we'd be getting a free year of service before it going EOL. Sounds like they were going through their own troubles and never even figured it out themselves
We lucked out and were on a Med Pro Legacy account for $100/mo that allowed 25 active seats. I was constantly juggling archived projects around to not exceed that number to never have to change the plan. Was never that big of an issue unless a new client came around that wanted their entire team as members.
I've seen this juggling first-hand at client companies - especially now that licenses can't be changed due to Broadcom Broadcomming all over the place.
I wonder how many different types of SKU Tracker was running by the end? Counting legacy and entitlements? Pivotal liked to give those out at various times.
